Appointments are offered by prior booking only and are reserved specifically for you.

A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This covers the cost of the consultation and will be deducted from the total treatment cost should you proceed with treatment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Appointments may be rescheduled no less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment through the use of the online booking tool. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made through the online booking tool.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the deposit being retained.
